Provide coverage where and when needed· Assist in Supervising Cooks and Diet Technician staff.· Assist in Managing food ordering while following budgetary guidelines. Procures specialty food in a timely and cost-effective manner.· Ensure food service staff are following appropriate SERV Safe protocols, labeling and disposing of expired product.· Ensure kitchens and related areas are clean and organized.· Assist in Planning individual meals and snacks.· Ensure Diet Tech staff are running groups and providing group coverage as needed.· Set up experiential experiences, such as eating in restaurants, cooking groups, etc.· Provide for training to staff*Education and Experience:*· Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent degree in Dietetics/Nutrition· Ability to multi-task and work as a multi-disciplinary team member and independently with attention to detail· Experience with Eating Disorders (preferred)· Management experience (preferred)We are looking for dedicated professionals ready to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
