Converting Machine Operator

We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team! We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shift machine operators. We work a 48 hour work week.1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm (10 hours) Friday 6am-2pm (8 hours)2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am (10 hours) Friday 2pm-10pm (8 hours)Swanson Wiper is a contract paper converter that converts non-woven wipers.Responsibilities:* Adhere to safety policies and procedures* Complete paperwork in entirety and accurately* Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment* Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion* Work in a team environmentQualifications:* Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields* Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment* Ability to handle physical workload* Operating experience required (3+ years)* Converting experience preferred* Communication skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 48 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
