IRRIGATION ASSISTANT MANAGER

American Landscape Systems, Inc. has been in business in the Dallas area for over 30 years. We are a full service landscape/irrigation contractor with a focus on landscape/irrigation development, municipal contracts and commercial maintenance. We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Irrigation ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:• Assist in project management of Irrigation Systems Installation.• Assist in sprinkler management on all maintained properties including seasonal adjustments of controllers, sprinkler checks, and preparation of proposals for repairs.• Assist with the in-house organization of the monthly property checks, sprinkler maps, and legends.• Submit monthly-completed property checks timely for billings.• Repairs and adjustments of sprinklers that ALS installs.• Assist in lining out crews in mornings as needed.• Keep truck organized daily & keep stocked with basic supplies weekly.• Utilize extra equipment from install crews as available.• Assist schedule and coordinate repairs and invoicing as completed.
