*QUALIFICATIONS: *A minimum High School diploma, one year of experience in the field of janitorial or related industry, supervisory experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job entails driving, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, bending and squatting. Repetitive motion may be necessary.*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*1. Under the direction of the Supervisor, pick up items from side of the road in the assigned locations.2. Work cooperatively and effectively with other crew members and the Supervisor.3. Follow all training and direction given by the Supervisor to ensure safety and quality of service.4. Participate in daily safety meetings with supervisor and crew members.5. Immediately report any observed safety violations or concerns to the Supervisor.6. Ensure work performance is meeting customers' expectations.7. Exhibit exceptional customer service skills when dealing with site contacts/management.8. Support/Participate in LTC functions (i.e.: All-staff meetings)9. Assume all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and the SE Management team.*Schedule: Monday- Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm*Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 per hourEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: In person
