CNC Operator

*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality marble according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of CAM programming, quality control processes, and precision measuring instruments. The CNC Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. This roles primary job will be cut to size orders, on flat marble slabs.*Duties** Operate CNC machines, including setup and calibration for production runs.* Use production reports to get the most square footage out of each slab of marble.* Perform CAM programming to optimize machine operations and efficiency.* Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.* Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.* Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.* Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.*Skills** Must have significant prior CNC experience.* Proficient in programming for CNC machinery.
