Voodoo Doughnut Assistant General Manager - Bellevue!

We're searching for a passionate and dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead the opening of our new location in Bellevue, WA! With 24 locations across 9 states, we're looking for unique individuals who thrive in a fast-paced growth environment and share our love for out-of-this-world doughnuts.As the Assistant General Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and shape the brand's presence in this new market, while also delivering the iconic doughnut experience that Voodoo Doughnut is known for. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities outlined in the job posting, you'll also be responsible for hiring and training a new team of doughnut makers and service staff, creating and executing a marketing plan to drive traffic to the store, and developing relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase brand awareness. You'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions and to bring your personal brand of enthusiasm and creativity to this new venture.As the ideal candidate, you're an experienced Assistant General Manager with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, creating and executing successful marketing plans, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of restaurant management or bakery production experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You should have experience with ordering and inventory systems, and understand how to run a guest-focused business.
