Production Operator - Concrete Plant

*Job Summary:**Location:* Denham Springs, LA*Premier Concrete Products (PCP)* is currently seeking *Production Operators* for our concrete plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing of concrete products, ensuring production meets quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.*Key Responsibilities:*· Operate batching, mixing, and casting equipment according to the production schedule.· Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.· Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.· Follow all safety protocols and immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.· Accurately record production data and complete all required documentation.· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.*Requirements:*· Prior experience in a manufacturing or concrete production environment preferred.· Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.· Ability to read and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and production procedures.· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in hot, cold, or dusty environments.· Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.· English-speaking or bilingual (preferred).*Work Environment:*Work is performed in an industrial setting with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and varying weather conditions.
