Sports Performance Specialist

*What we are looking for?*A high energy, knowledgeable, and passionate trainer for youth athletes and young adults!*Who are we?*The Uplift Youth Sports Performance started as just two trainers who only wanted to serve the young athletes in our area. As we have grown, so to is the demand for more trainers on staff. We are looking to hire like minded trainers who put compassion and 'sincerity over ego.'We have fun training and supporting our athletes while constantly searching for ways to be better ourselves.*What is expected in the job itself?*Our next trainer should be excited and willing to learn before anything else. We will not be throwing you in unprepared, but the incoming applicant should have knowledge of training and a willingness to work with high school and college athletes.*Are there other incentives? *Absolutely! We have by far the most generous commission structure, as we want to reward the trainers who add to our family of athletes. On top of promotion, there is consistent pay month to month for athletes, teams, or other members brought in.
