Fitness Trainer

Our team of dedicated fitness professionals works together to create a welcoming, results-driven environment for all fitness levels.*Position Summary:*We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Personal Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will design customized training programs, motivate clients to achieve their goals, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.*Responsibilities:** Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs.* Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.* Monitor and track client progress, making program adjustments as needed.* Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and overall wellness.* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.* Represent the club’s brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm.* Engage with members to encourage retention and referrals.*Requirements:** Current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).* CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.* Professional, reliable, and punctual.* Prior experience as a personal trainer preferred but not required — we value passion and the ability to learn.Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.50 - $65.00 per hourAbility to Commute:* Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92091 (Required)Work Location: In person
