Apartment Community Manager

We are seeking an Apartment Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in providing safe & sanitary affordable housing and we are growing! Our staff manage HUD, USDA Rural Development, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of quality housing services while upholding our commitment to safety and compliance.*Responsibilities** Oversee daily operations of apartment complex to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.* Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.* Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.* Coordinate maintenance requests and property upkeep to maintain high living standards.* Utilize property management software for efficient operations.* Conduct regular inspections of property & unit interiors to ensure safety and cleanliness.* Assist in leasing activities, including marketing vacant units and conducting tours for prospective tenants.* Maintain accurate records of tenant information and property management activities.*Qualifications** Proven experience in property management or a related field.* Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations preferred* Excellent conflict management and customer service skills.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.If you are passionate about providing quality housing solutions and ready to make a difference, we invite you to apply now and join our dedicated team.
