Sewing Machine Operator

*Reports To: *Sewing Supervisor*Direct Reports: *None*FLSA Status: *Non-Exempt*Employment Type: *Full-Time*Position Overview:*Responsible for producing work in a sewing team-based line, in accordance with NSA and quality guidelines.*Essential Job Functions:** Work specific zone which flexes due to variation in cycle.* Within designated zone, produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods; i.e., gauging or other tools.* Maintain equipment as required.* Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation.* Properly set equipment to specific requirements.* Maintain any required documentation for completeness and accuracy.* Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.* Adhere to all cluster requirements including proper utilization of goal boards.
