Brake Press Operator/Laser Operator

Nextaff is seeking productive and safety conscious MACHINE OPERATOR to make an impact in a growing manufacturing facility. You will be operating *LASER MACHINES OR BRAKE PRESS MACHINES. *The ideal candidate must be a responsible individual with great experience in welding and willing to be have great attendance. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SHEET METAL*What You'll Receive:*DAYSHIFT$18.00-$20.00AN HOUROVERTIMEBenefit options available Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.)Referral Program PayThis is a Full-Time position.*Duties:*- Operate and maintain various machines including precision measuring instruments, lathe, press brake machine, press, logic controllers, stamping press, etc.- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area*Qualifications:*- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations- Proficient in using hand tools and operating various types of machinery- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings- Attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issuesNote: Additional qualifications may be required based on specific job requirements.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
