The Club also owns a seasonal Beach Club facility, located on the shores of Long Island Sound approximately five miles from the Main Clubhouse.*Job Title:* Bartender*Location:* ON SITE - Wee Burn Country Club / Wee Burn Beach Club, Darien, CT*Key Responsibilities:*- Prepare and serve beverages to members, following established recipes and procedures- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area- Upsell additional products when appropriate-Create a comfortable yet professional area for our members to enjoy- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service- Collaborate with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction*Qualifications:*- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality roles preferred- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality- Familiarity with food service, brewing, catering, and nightclub environments is a plus*Working Conditions:*· High-volume, member-focused environment with multiple beverage outlets· Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and move between multiple service locations· Schedule flexibility required to accommodate events and operational demands*Additional Information:**Reports To:* Beverage Manager*Job Type:* Full-Time*Compensation: *$2.00 – $23.00 per hour*Schedule:* Days, Evenings, Weekends, HolidaysJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid training* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Darien, CT 06820 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Darien, CT 06820: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
