We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen, focused on creating exceptional experiences for each individual member.*Role Description*This is a full-time, on-site, and hands-on role for a Banquet Operations Manager located in Nashville, TN. The Banquet Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all banquet and special event operations at the club. Day-to-day tasks include managing event logistics, coordinating employees, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising event staff, and handling budget management for events. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and impeccable organizational skills to ensure seamless execution of events.The Banquet Operations Manager will also work side by side with the Director of Sales and Catering and Club Events Manager. This role is built on visibility within the Banquet department and being active in all Operations, including but not limited to, set up and tear down of events, staff scheduling, and mentorship with with the Banquet staff, Supervisors, and Captains. _*The Banquet Operations Manager will not be in charge of selling any event space.*_The Club also has a healthy Golf department with Golf Tournaments as well as Club Events and Holiday Events. The perfect candidate has the ability to work indoors and outdoors with a high level of organization and clear communication.Nights, holidays, and weekends with a flexible schedule are crucial for the Banquet Operations Manager.
