```*Duties*```:- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards- Assist in menu planning and development- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed- Handle and store food products properly- Use knives and other culinary tools effectively and safely- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation- Assist in meal preparation for special dietary requirements- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Barista experience a plus. - We will train the right person```*Qualifications*```:- Must be realiable and punctual.-Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or similar setting- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to handle and prepare food safely and efficiently- Proficient knife skills for food preparation- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and flavor profiles- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Ability to work with attention to detail- Serv Safe CertificationPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Paid trainingWork Location: In person
