Paint Booth Operator - up to $23/hour

*Job Summary:*We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Armor Edge Spray Booth Operator to join the second-shift team of our client, located in Belleville. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in the finishing process of our high-quality tables by applying a specialized protective coating to the edges.*What You’ll Be Doing:*Our Armor Edge process is similar to painting — we spray a durable, truck-bed-liner-like coating on the edges of tables to protect against moisture, wear, and damage. This coating is applied using state-of-the-art equipment and comes in 15 different colors. It’s a critical part of our product line, and precision is essential.*What We’re Looking For:*While previous spray coating experience is a plus, we’re open to training the right candidate who possesses the following qualities:* *Attention to Detail:* This job demands accuracy and strict adherence to procedures to ensure equipment safety and product quality.* *Reliability:* Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.* *Team Player:* Able to work well with others and support team goals.* *Flexibility & Willingness to Learn:* We’re a small, agile team where daily expectations may shift.
