Executive Housekeeper- Part Time

*Position Overview*The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. This role oversees room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry operations, maintaining brand standards and hotel cleanliness in alignment with Holiday Inn Express & Suites expectations.*Responsibilities** Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping team members, ensuring staffing levels support hotel occupancy.* Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.* Monitor and manage department budget, including labor, supplies, and equipment.* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; place orders as necessary while controlling costs.* Develop and implement cleaning procedures and checklists.* Ensure adherence to IHG brand standards and participate in quality assurance audits.* Address guest service issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.* Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and health regulations.* Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address room status and maintenance concerns.* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed.*Qualifications** Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting, preferably limited-service or select-service.* Bilingual in English and Spanish required* Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory management, and scheduling.* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high cleanliness standards.* Familiarity with IHG Clean Promise and Holiday Inn Express brand standards is preferred.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.*Physical Requirements** Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
