Experience with fabrication and grinding is a plus.*Machine Operator:*Ideal candidates should have experience operating industrial equipment such as mills, lathes, or punch presses. Ability to perform routine inspections, follow safety guidelines, and monitor machinery for optimal performance is essential.*Laser Operator:*We’re seeking individuals who can set up and operate laser cutting machines (Amada, Mitsubishi, or similar). Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of reading blueprints to ensure precise cuts and part quality.*Brake Press Operator:*Must have experience setting up and operating brake press machines (manual or CNC). Ability to work with metal components, read blueprints, and ensure accuracy through quality checks is key.*CNC Machinist:*We’re looking for skilled CNC Machinists who can set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce precision parts.*Key responsibilities include:** Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job orders* Making adjustments to machine settings and performing offsets or tool changes as needed* Using precision measurement tools to inspect parts for accuracy such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, ect.* Maintaining machinery and ensuring safe and efficient operation* Experience with HAAS, Fanuc, or Mazak controls is a plus!*Manufacturing Experience Preferred:*Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
