*Job Title:* Human Resources Representative*Location:* Lakeview Cheese Products, LLC – Las Vegas, NV*Schedule:* Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime as needed*Status:* Full-Time Non-Exempt | In-Office*Pay Range:* $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experienceLakeview Cheese Products, LLC is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and people matter. We're looking for a bilingual, hands-on HR Representative to join our team and support daily HR operations in both English and Spanish.*Key Responsibilities** Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, walk-ins, and temporary staff* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for direct hires and temp employees* Support employee relations, including attendance management and disciplinary documentation* Coordinate FMLA, ADA, and other leave requests in compliance with applicable laws* Partner with the temp agency for staffing needs and issue resolution* Conduct new hire orientations, safety training, and assist with HR-led initiatives and incentives* Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies* Provide support to the HR Director on special projects and audits*Requirements** *Bilingual (English/Spanish) required* – both written and verbal* 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting* Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and general HR best practices* Experience working with or managing temp staffing agencies is a plus* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism* Must be able to work on-site full-time and flexible to work overtime based on business needsJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Are you fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
