Bindery Helper

Consolidated Solutions, a commercial print, mail, fulfillment and technology company is looking to hire a Bindery Helper for 1st shift.The employee will learn how to be a helper in the bindery department with the potential to learn to set up and operate equipment based on skill set and aptitude.Employee must be punctual, reliable and a self starter. The employee must physically be able to stand all day and lift, push, and move up to 40 lbs of paper.Position overview:·Assist in getting paper ready to be cut – throwing paper, moving skids, etc.·Help catch finished product at the end of a machine and count, stack, finish according to directions.·Inspect work when catching to check for marking, accuracy, and other quality related issues·Operate the label maker, shrinkwrapper and bailer·Learn how to read and understand job tickets to determine job flow and pertinent instructionsFirst Shift Hours are 6am-2pm, M-FStarting wage is $17 or higher depending on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $17.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shiftPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
