We strive for excellence not only in our leak detections and repairs but also with our customer service.The PositionThe technician position is, without question, the most rewarding and demanding job in the company. The job is sometimes difficult, but always rewarding when you find the leak. As a technician, you are always having to think and try to understand where and how the water could be leaving the pool. As a technician, you get to be the one who solves the problem by providing a service to a homeowner who just doesn’t know how to solve their issue. The technician works not only with their mind, but also with their whole body to discover the leak and fix the leak by scuba diving, as well as pressure testing the plumbing lines to locate underground leaks.The FitPeople who succeed in this role are those with an influential personality, who enjoy hard work and are driven to complete the task at hand. In addition, they are good listeners and can converse well with customers. While knowledge of pools and plumbing is desirable, it is not required to initially begin working in and for this position. However, a growth mindset in this area is required, as training will be provided. We service all of Middle Tennessee and even travel to surrounding areas. We would prefer that you like overtime in the summer and don’t mind cold water in the winter (wet and dry suits provided). We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of the team by helping build the company and possibly be a part of expanding the company to different markets in the future.The PayFull-time technicians earn anywhere between $45,000 - $70,000 per year depending on effort and ability. Pay is hourly, but there is no upper limit to what can be earned.
