Manufacturing Technician: Campervan Electrical Systems

We have a passion for travel and believe in the power of adventure.*PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Campervan Prep*: Cutting wire, building wire harnesses, prepping van chassis, running wire through van chassis.* *12V electrical systems installation*: Install and wire electrical components with beautiful precision. Components include - solar charge controllers, inverters, breakers, fuse blocks, audio head deck, audio speakers, batteries, charge relays, lights, switches, etc.* *Quality Control*: Double check & test work as you go to avoid late-stage issues.*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:** Basic knowledge of DC electrical systems* Basic knowledge of car audio systems* Experience using power tools* Some automotive experience necessary* NOTE: We will give candidates a skills test during the interview process.*QUALIFICATIONS:** Good critical thinking and problem solving skills* Ability to read instructions and learn quickly* Organized* High level of attention to detail* Good time management skills* Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand and adapt to constructive criticisms, and follow instructions* Polished professional presence and demeanor* Team player* Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude*GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:*VanCraft is always looking for ways to provide upward mobility for growth-minded employees.
