We pride ourselves on creating clean, safe, and welcoming communities for our residents and providing best-in-class service through strong operational leadership.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Regional Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of multiple communities within a regional portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, this role focuses on operational oversight, team support, and resident satisfaction. It is ideal for someone with hands-on property management experience who is looking to grow into a broader leadership position.Key Responsibilities:Operational & On-Site Support:* Partner with the Regional Property Manager to provide oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple properties* Conduct routine site visits to assess property conditions, meet with on-site staff, and identify operational opportunities* Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards* Support the rollout of new company initiatives and systems across the regionOccupancy, Leasing & Home Sales:* Work closely with Property Managers to maintain high occupancy and reduce turnover* Assist with home showings, lead follow-up, and leasing documentation as needed* Support local marketing efforts and implement creative strategies to drive occupancyResident Experience:* Serve as an escalation point for complex or unresolved resident concerns* Promote a positive resident experience by supporting consistent enforcement of rules and clear communication* Assist with community events or outreach efforts designed to enhance resident engagementFinancial Oversight & Compliance:* Monitor rent collections and assist in resolving delinquencies* Support budget management by identifying inefficiencies and recommending cost-effective solutions* Help ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and company leasing standardsTeam Development:* Assist in training, onboarding, and coaching Property Managers and site-level team members* Offer hands-on support to communities in transition or facing staffing challenges* Collaborate with the Regional Property Manager to assess staffing levels and performanceQualifications:* Experience: 3+ years in property management; multi-site or manufactured housing experience preferred* Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred* Skills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Excellent time management and organizational abilities* Ability to solve problems and make decisions in real time* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software* Other Requirements:* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record* Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned region* Occasional evening/weekend work as neededWhy Join Stackhouse?* Competitive pay and benefits package* Opportunity for advancement within a growing company* Supportive and hands-on leadership team* Mission-driven organization focused on long-term community improvementApply Today:If you’re ready to take the next step in your property management career, we want to hear from you.
