*Job Summary*We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead operations at our premier pickleball facility. This role is ideal for a passionate leader with a background in sports or recreation management, sales, and community engagement. The GM will oversee all aspects of club operations—from membership growth and staff leadership to financial performance and event programming—ensuring an exceptional experience for every member and guest.*Key Responsibilities**Strategic & Operational Leadership** Provide visionary leadership and accountability for all club operations.* Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans for growth and profitability.* Oversee daily operations including court scheduling, facility maintenance, and safety compliance.*Sales & Membership Growth** Drive membership acquisition and retention through innovative sales strategies.* Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and local organizations.* Lead private event bookings, tournaments, and community outreach initiatives.*Team Management** Hire, train, and mentor staff across all departments (front desk, instructors, maintenance).* Foster a culture of respect, empowerment, and high performance.* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.*Financial Oversight** Manage club budgets, revenue streams, and expense controls.* Analyze financial reports and KPIs to optimize profitability.* Ensure accurate reporting through CRM and club management systems.*Customer Experience & Community Engagement** Deliver a five-star experience for members and guests.* Address member feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.* Represent the club at local events and build strong community relationships.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Employee discount* Paid time offExperience:* Management: 3 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Annandale, VA 22003 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Annandale, VA 22003: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
