Barista - Shift M-F

*Title: Barista Supervisor Reports to Retail Manager*JOB SUMMARYGreat People! Great Atmosphere! Flexible Hours! Paid Training! Free meal on every shift! The Barista Supervisor is responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner and in accordance with Parkhurst Culinary Gold standards. Barista Supervisor is expected to have friendly interactions with customers and to practice genuine hospitality when working with guests and other team members.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Brew Barista coffee along with flavor of the day coffee.* Make specialty drinks to order, following all Parkhurst recipes.* Adhere to all cash handling procedures.* Advertising the merchandise area using Barista signage and other approved materials.* Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.* Follow the uniform dress code.* Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.* Making Schedule for Baristas* Ordering Product for location* Weekly Inventory* Working with Marketing Team to come up with promotions to drive business* Training of new Barista Team Members* Standing and/or walking - 50% of time.* Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.* Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs./*/*/* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
