*Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager – Okeechobee Steakhouse, Lewis Steakhouse & Lewis Prime Grill *_West Palm Beach | Jupiter | Loxahatchee_*$78,000+ Base Salary | Bonuses | Full-Time | Benefits Available*We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hospitality-driven *Assistant General Manager (AGM)* to support the operational leadership across our renowned restaurants: *Okeechobee Steakhouse*, *Lewis Steakhouse*, and *Lewis Prime Grill*. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who lives and breathes fine dining, guest satisfaction, and team excellence.*Position Highlights:** *Base salary starting at $78,000 annually** *Performance-based bonus structure** *Health and dental insurance available** *Closed on five major holidays* so you can enjoy time with family:* Christmas Day* Thanksgiving Day* Memorial Day* Independence Day* Labor Day* *Paid time off*:* 1 week after 1 year* 2 weeks after 2 years* Must be willing and able to *commute between Jupiter and Loxahatchee* as needed*Required Qualifications:** *Minimum 8 years of fine dining restaurant management experience*, with at least 3 years at an *executive or senior leadership level* (GM, AGM, Director-level, etc.)* *Expertise in scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control** Experience with *restaurant management software and POS systems* (Toast experience is a plus)* Strong working knowledge of *payroll systems and labor compliance** Demonstrated success in *training, coaching, and team development** Exceptionally *organized*, detail-oriented, and solution-focused* *Excellent communication skills* – must be a clear, confident leader with a guest-first mindset* Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed*Core Responsibilities:** Oversee day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards across all locations* Ensure seamless execution of service, hospitality, and team coordination* Partner with GMs and ownership to support training, hiring, and onboarding* Manage and monitor labor, COGS, waste, and inventory in line with budget goals* Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, and compliance* Analyze sales and performance metrics to inform and improve operations* Act as a professional liaison between FOH/BOH leadership and staff* Uphold a strong presence on the floor, setting the tone and culture for excellence*This is not just a restaurant job — it’s a leadership role in a hospitality company with legacy, vision, and a standard of excellence.
