*Overview*As a downtown Grand Rapids leader in market rate and affordable housing, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with relevant regulations.
