Check out our website to learn more about Crystal and its offerings.Crystal Home Care’s sister company Crystal Home Health Care (skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social work services. Together, we provide both skilled and non-skilled care for our clients/patients.*Office Manager: Responsibilities:** Overall management of the office, including but not limited to answering phone calls and managing inbound and outbound mails.* Order and manage office supplies.* Manage and organizing company events and databases.* Ensure all office equipment is working efficiently and/or work with providers/technicians for repairs and replacements.* Collaborate and work with the Director to manage HR functions and keep personnel records up to date and assist with Survey.* Responsible for interviewing and hiring new Caregivers and maintaining their files.* Maintain and respect confidentiality of client, employee, contractors, and agency information.* Conduct Onboarding and monthly trainings to care givers and care coordinators.* Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.* Prepare payroll data for Caregivers, CNA’s and home health aides.* Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems (including but not limited to *Wellsky/ClearCare).** *Process invoices and billing and follow up on collections.** Work closely with the Director and Care Coordinators to assist all home care cases (buildings/facilities and community), current and prospective as directed by Client Care plan that is established upon intake.* Ensures proper Client and Caregiver match.* Manage changes to client schedules and proactively resolves staffing issues either due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.* Be on-call, once every two to three weeks.* Handle other responsibilities as assigned.*Office Manager: Qualifications** Minimum associate’s degree with 3-4 years’ experience in a Home Care setting.* An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.* Prior *“Wellsky”* or other patient care software experience preferred.* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel) and customer relationship management tools.* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.* Ability to work in a group and independently with little supervision.* Self-starter and quick learner.* Strong desire to work with older adults and be able to establish a relationship of trust and confidence.* Have valid driver’s license and insurance, willing to drive.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Home Care: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Des Plaines, IL 60018 (Required)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Required)Work Location: In person
