We’re seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and run advanced multi-axis turning and/or milling machines, playing a vital role in the production of mission-critical aerospace parts.*Why You’ll Love This Role** *Build for the Sky*: Contribute to the manufacturing of high-precision components for aircraft, spacecraft, and defense systems.* *Advanced Technology*: Operate state-of-the-art CNC equipment in a clean, modern aerospace-certified facility.* *Growth-Focused Culture*: Join a company that values your skills and supports your growth through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.* *Purpose-Driven Work*: Know that your craftsmanship directly impacts the performance and safety of aerospace systems worldwide.*Key Responsibilities** Interpret complex aerospace blueprints and operation sheets using your expertise in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).* Set up and operate advanced CNC multi-axis lathes and mills with precision and efficiency, meeting tight aerospace tolerances.* Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, micro height gauges, and dial indicators to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.* Accurately document inspection results and key dimensions in our ERP system.* Troubleshoot and resolve machining or tooling issues to maintain seamless aerospace production flow.* Perform routine preventative maintenance and uphold machine reliability.* Maintain a safe, organized, and AS9100-compliant work area while following all safety and quality protocols.*What You Bring to the Team** High school diploma or equivalent education required.* 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing, including set-up and troubleshooting.* Strong understanding of aerospace quality requirements and documentation practices.* Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls highly preferred.* CAM Software experience highly preferred.
