Multi-Site Property Manager

Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Multi-Site Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a great portfolio of apartment buildings in the Denver area.Our ideal candidate will have a highly positive personality, exceptional communication skills, ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, enjoy motivating and leading a team and have the confidence to analyze problems and present solutions to clients.Responsibilities:- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing, showing available units, and screening potential tenants- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work- Maintain accurate records of rental applications, leases, and other relevant documentation- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation is completed- Respond to client, tenant and prospect inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure efficient operations- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to optimize rental rates and occupancy levels- Utilize property management software, Yardi, to track property activities and provide error-free reportsRequirements:- 2 years of property management industry experience. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.- Proficient in data entry and office software applications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with prospects, tenants and staff.- Strong customer relationship management skills to resolve conflicts effectively.- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Skills:- Excellent social skills- Familiarity with property management software- Exceptional time management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records- Sales-oriented mindset to attract prospective tenantsFor the right person this role will allow for tremendous professional growth in a rewarding and fun team environment.
