Property Manager

*About the Role*A well-established Property management is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a mid-sized apartment community. If you excel at leading teams, driving occupancy, and protecting asset value, we’d like to hear from you.What You’ll Do* *Oversee daily operations* at an assigned property , ensuring leasing, maintenance, and resident relations all run smoothly.* *Drive occupancy* by implementing local marketing initiatives, monitoring online reputation, and analyzing traffic/leasing reports.* *Ensure compliance* with federal, state, and local housing regulations and company policies (Fair Housing, Section 8).* *Handle resident concerns* promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.* *Inspect the property* regularly; coordinate capital projects, unit turns, service requests, and preventive maintenance.* *Report performance* through weekly and monthly metrics to regional leadership.* *Resolve issues:* handle resident concerns promptly and professionally.* *Maximize performance:* execute local marketing plans, analyze traffic and leasing reports, and maintain target occupancy and NOI.*What You Bring** Property management experience.* Proven record meeting occupancy and financial goals.* Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws and lease enforcement.* Hands-on experience with property management software (Yardi, Rent Manager, AppFolio, or similar).* Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.* Clear, concise written and verbal communication.* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or industry certification (CAM, CPM) preferred.* Willingness to handle occasional evening/weekend emergencies and community events.* *Pre-employment screening:* offer is contingent on successfully passing a criminal background check *and* credit check—both are mandatory.*Compensation & Benefits** Base Pay* leasing bonuses* renewal bonuses* Profit sharing* Health, dental, and vision insurance.* 401(k) with company match.* mileage reimbursement.Join our team as a Property Manager where your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing exceptional living environments for our tenants.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
