*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry.*Responsibilities** Support the General Manager in the use of all systems and training programs.* Assist in managing daily operations of the FOH and BOH using Zaxby's standards.* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.* Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain quality.* Manage inventory control, including ordering/receiving and stock management.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.* Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and delegating tasks.* Train and mentor team members on best practices in food handling and preparation.* Help create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to the company objectives.*Requirements** Work a 40-hour week minimum.* Previous experience in a management position is preferred.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.* Experience in inventory control and management.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.* Maintain attitude of flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays.Zaxby's restaurants are independently owned and operated by third parties under license agreements with Zaxby's Franchising LLC ("ZFL").
