Property Manager YSU

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to** Maintain daily operations of Storage property* Successful conversion of Leads* Sales of boxes, locks, and packing material* Manage account receivable process through pursuit of collections, posting of payments, and processing of daily bank deposit* Ensures the company standards of cleanliness & appearance* Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers* Maintain accurate records for each customer including lease, addendums, and correspondence* Perform light repair and maintenance duties, including but not limited to: clean units and interior buildings, wiping down doors, pickup up trash, cleaning hallways, office, and bathrooms* Perform preventive maintenance such as but not limited to: change HVAC filters as required, grease door springs on roll-up doors, oil gate chain as needed, routine maintenance of golf cart* Monitors the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues* Oversee contractors and third-party vendor’s work* keeps foreclosure documentation organized and accurate, following company foreclosure checklist and set guidelines* Assist with the auction process* Manage U-Haul transactions, rentals, reservations, truck/trailer parking and routine maintenance*Job Requirements:** Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person* Works well in a team setting or independently* Has good organizational skills and basic bookkeeping* Knowledge of computers is a must (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Etc.)* Valid driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation* Open work availability, including weekends and some holidays* Ability & willingness to perform light maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, wiping, lifting, etc.* Willing to travel/work in multiple locations if needed (temporarily)* Must be eligible to work in the United States* Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)* Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills* Must be profit driven* Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.* Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and pass a drug screenJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Vero Beach, FL 32968 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Vero Beach, FL 32968: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
