RV Porter

*Position Summary:*Lake Tawakoni RV Center is looking for a reliable and hardworking *RV Porter* to join our team. The RV Porter plays a key role in ensuring that RV units are clean, properly positioned on the lot, and ready for customer pickup or service. This is a physically active position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being hands-on.*Key Responsibilities:** Safely move RVs around the dealership lot and in/out of service bays.* Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and assist with RV positioning.* Frequently assist with positioning RVs for display or lot organization.* Wash and clean RV exteriors and interiors as needed.* Set up units for display, including slides, awnings, and leveling.* Ensure units are clean and customer-ready before delivery or pickup.* Perform minor upkeep tasks such as removing trash, replacing batteries, checking tires, etc.* Maintain a clean and organized lot, including display areas and inventory rows.* Assist with keeping service bays and workspaces neat and orderly.* Follow all safety procedures while operating RVs, forklifts, and other equipment.*Qualifications:** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.* Forklift operation experience required (certification preferred or must be willing to obtain).* Ability to drive and maneuver RVs of various sizes (training provided).* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.* Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus but not required.* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.* Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.*What We Offer:** Competitive hourly wage* Forklift and RV training if needed* Full-time, stable work schedule* Supportive team environment* Opportunities for advancement within the companyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Paid time offExperience:* Forklift: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* West Tawakoni, TX 75474 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* West Tawakoni, TX 75474: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
