*Overview*We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.*Duties** Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.* Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.* Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.* Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.*Experience** Previous experience as a Host/Host or in food service is preferred, but not mandatory.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
