If you are ready to take your machining skills to the next level and be part of a dedicated team that values expertise and innovation, we invite you to apply today at Enterprise Tool & Die!*Primary Responsibilities:**Programming :* Analyze design data to program all machining cycles with VISI software, selection of cutting tools and machine speeds according to knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications and machine capabilities. Compare computer command results with original program intent to assure accuracy of machine instructions. Edit programs to eliminate errors or omissions.*Machining: *Operate the CNC machines to perform cutting of die details. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Trouble shoot and perform or report basic repairs as needed. Machine details from raw steel blocks as well as pickup on existing tooling for recut needs.*Qualifications and Skills:** Must possess strong work values; dependability, transparency, self-confidence and a positive attitude* Effective communication and critical thinking skills* Proficient computer skills* CNC programming in VISI for Tool & Die minimum of one (1) year preferred* Minimum of three (3) years of CNC machining experienceOur campus is well kept and temperature controlled.
