Activities Director

We are looking for someone fun and outgoing to join our team as a Director of our Activities program!The primary purpose of the Activities Directory is to lead in running a creative and interactive activities program. This must be done in accordance to state, federal, and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines designed to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.Coordinate and conduct of individual, small, and large group activities.Assist in providing good communication between employees of all levels, residents, their families, support groups, government agencies, and public to ensure the needs and best interest of the resident, community, and facility are met to the best extent possible.Development of the monthly activity calendar and keeping record of activity participation.Assist with the quality assurance committee in developing and implementing appropriate plans of action and assist with assessment documentation as assigned by the activities director.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
