*PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION* is a leading multi-family residential investment and property management company with properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Austin markets. We are currently recruiting an experienced *LEASING CONSULTANT* to join our team at our community located in the *South Austin area*.The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting potential and current residents, lead follow-up, tours, closing the sale, lease preparation, move-in inspections and participating in outreach marketing activities. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image.In addition, the position requires the following:*BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS*· Maintains a detailed knowledge of the property, amenities and community.· Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance.· Greet (phone/in-person) and assist prospects in a professional and friendly manner.· Conducts property tours and showcases available units to potential residents.· Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and assists with all leasing paperwork. (credit check, rental history, etc.)· Assist in monitoring renewals - distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.· Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain traffic.· Maintains an acceptable closing ratio to obtain optimum occupancy.· Collects and secures rental payments.· Inputs daily traffic information.· Address resident inquiries, concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.· Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.· Maintain accurate records of information pertaining to current and prospective tenants.· Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management.· Display excellent customer service at all times.· May be required to perform or assist in special projects or activities as needed.*QUALIFICATIONS:*· 2+ years’ experience in multi-family property management· Previous customer service or sales experience a plus· Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities· Ability to negotiate and upsell rental units to prospects· Computer proficiency; OneSite experience a plusWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), full medical, vision and dental coverage.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $19.50 per hourExpected hours: 38 – 42 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Rotating weekendsPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:* Leasing multi-family: 2 years (Required)* OneSite: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
