Paint Prep Operator

Residential Elevators is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Prep Operator to join our team.The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in surface preparation and finishing techniques, ensuring a flawless final product that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. This position is also responsible for preparing and finishing residential elevator components.It requires proficiency in sanding, caulking, and painting with a strong focus on quality and precision. Occasional overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.*Key Responsibilities:** *Surface Preparation:* Clean and prepare elevator components prior to painting, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust, oils, and contaminants.* *Sanding:* Prepare surfaces of elevator components by sanding to achieve a smooth, even finish, ensuring all imperfections are removed.* *Caulking:* Apply caulking and sealants to joints, seams, and gaps, ensuring a clean, professional finish that meets industry standards.* *Painting:* Apply paint to residential elevator components, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finish.
