As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.*Responsibilities** Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.* Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS systems.* Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.* Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.* Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area according to sanitation guidelines.* Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns or special requests.* Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to guests.* Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations throughout the service process.*Experience** Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.* Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.* Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.* Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.* Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
