Your expertise will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.*Responsibilities** Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods according to established recipes and menu specifications.* Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.* Assist in menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special events.* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.* Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.* Provide support during catering events, ensuring quality food presentation and service.* Adhere to dietary department guidelines when preparing meals for specific dietary needs.*Skills** Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Grill Cook or similar position.* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.* Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.* Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings is highly desirable.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff.* Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services is beneficial.* A background in the food industry or culinary arts is preferred, including experience as a dietary aide or in food service roles.
