*Schedule*: August, September & October. Daytime Wednesday – Sunday, Columbus Day Monday. The Farm’s concession areas serve up guest’s delicious foods in a fast-paced environment.*Looking for:* a hands-on motivated food and beverage manager that can deliver fast and friendly service with high quality food items. Looking for an individual to lead daily operations, support team and system development while holding our standards of service and cleanliness.Position Summary: Food and Beverage Manager oversees day to day operations of our Barnyard Grill and Farmstead Sweets locations. Assisting with training employees, managing back & front-of-the-house operations in a fast-paced environment.*Key responsibilities: ** Lead, train and supervise team members to ensure smooth shift operations* Monitor food preparation and quality* Assist with managing inventory in both food locations* Handle customer issues with professionalism* Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests* Oversee daily operations including food prep, cash handling and opening/closing procedures* Eye to pick up on little details*Qualifications:** Knowledge of POS system, Square* Food safety knowledge ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations* Strong leadership and communication skills* Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environmentJob Types: Part-time, SeasonalPay: From $20.00 per hourAbility to Commute:* Schaghticoke, NY 12154 (Required)Work Location: In person
