The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal direction. This role requires an individual with minor photo experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage vehicles both on-site and off-site.*Duties** Manage vehicle logistics, including organizing and moving vehicles for delivery and storage.* Follow up on vehicle statuses through scheduled calls and updates.* Operate independently when leading vehicles off-site and on-site.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and customer waiting areas.* Capture and upload vehicle photos using designated software.* Assist in managing inventory and supplies within the service department.* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of files to an overseas company for processing.* Maintain organization and coordination of vehicles for delivery schedules.* Take direction and adjust priorities to align with company needs.*Requirements** Minor experience with point-and-shoot photography.* Ability to use software to upload and send files efficiently.* Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Will work weekends and full-time, 40 hours per week.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.*Preferred Skills:** Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry.* Familiarity with basic photo editing or processing software.If you are a dependable and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
