As we continue to grow, we're offering unique opportunities for people to join our dog training team during our amazing organizational.*Job Description*As a Martial ARFS® Professional Dog Trainer, you're responsible for creating a one of kind experience for owners and their pets.* Teach & train owners with their dogs in obedience, dog sports, fitness and swimming.* Participate in the implementation of a policies, protocols, and curriculum;* Sell classes, private lesson packages, seminars, workshops and other facility services* Participate in the daily operations involving team development, customer service, and sales performance; Represent The Martial ARFS™ at informational booths & demonstrations during off site events.*Personal Qualifications** Becoming a part of this exciting environment requires someone with a diverse set of skills.* Someone with the composure and personality to be a part of a team that meets the demands of clients and their pets in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment.* Experienced in dog training, veterinary medicine or other fields related to handling and/or working with dogs.* Have a passion for dogs, enjoy working with people, Well spoken, hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated.* Strong communication skills. Thrive in a challenging environment. Able to remain pleasant, calm & objective.* Have desire to learn, canine physiology, conditioning/rehabilitation, popular dog sports and aquatic therapy.* Have the ability to coach, encourage, and motivate owners, dogs, and other team members.* A thorough understanding of positive reinforcement and ability to provide low-stress, force-free training.* Embrace a company culture that seeks to bring out the best in our clients, their dogs and each other.*Veterinary Advisory Board & Staff Training*Our veterinary advisory board has over seen the creation of procedures and protocols for teaching obedience, dog sports, behavior modification, health & fitness, therapeutic swimming and physical conditioning exercises.
