Cleaning Technician / Limpieza

PTC is seeking a 1st Shift Cleaning Technician for one of our beautiful communities in the Irvine area.The ideal candidate must have at least a year of experience working in janitorial. You will be maintaining all common areas of the communities and working closely with the engineering team.Duties:* Perform detail cleaning* Maintains and cleans all public areas gambling areas, offices, and Event Center* Cleans lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, hallways, locker rooms, and parking areas* Service, clean, and supply restrooms* Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and polishes floor and straightens all common areasRequirement:* Must be able to work weekends and overtime* A minimum of a year exp.* Bilingual!!!HABLO ESPANOL!!!Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.25 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
