Generate and release manufacturing processes and special instructions documents.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities ** Ensures quality and consistency in production processes by assessing, modifying, and/or calibrating equipment.* Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes and/or equipment.* Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with equipment, devices, or products; uses precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to make adjustments.* Gather and arrange materials.* Assist engineers with tasks related to development, construction, and evaluation of prototypes, new products, new SMT components, operations, and/or procedures.* Drafts and maintains production documentation including those outlining procedures, special instructions, productivity, changeover, and progress.* Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.* Performs other duties as assigned.*Required Skills/Abilities** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with engineering, technical support, sales, and management.* *Mandarin Bilingual is required.** Willing to learn or have a thorough understanding of products and equipment used in SMT & THT manufacturing.
