*Overview*We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Game Master to join our dynamic team. The Game Master will be responsible for creating an immersive and enjoyable experience for guests participating in our interactive games and events. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest services, and the ability to manage various activities in a fast-paced environment*Responsibilities** Facilitate game sessions by explaining rules and guiding participants through the experience.* Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.* Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown of game areas, ensuring all materials are ready for use and in perfect condition.* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently during events.* Address any conflicts or issues that arise during gameplay with professionalism and conflict management skills.* Engage with guests through public speaking, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages participation.* Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience and improve event offerings.* Monitor the safety of all participants during events, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.*Qualifications** Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is highly desirable.* Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.* Experience in events management or coordinating activities is a plus.* Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.Join us as a Game Master and help create unforgettable moments for our guests!Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 per hourApplication Question(s):* What is your availability?
