Technical Service Representative (Manufacturing)

We’re the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of popcorn and “fun food” concession equipment & supplies.Due to our continued growth we have a Technical Service Rep position available that will assist internal and external customers with product problems and take associated parts orders both on the phone and by email.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Assist customers with product problems through diagnostic means and process parts orders.* Keep current with product knowledge.
