General Manager

Family owned Restaurant looking for a General Manager to grow with us. We are committed to excellence and have brought in highly talented department heads and are looking to have an experienced general manager round out the team.Duties:- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front desk, dining room, bar areas, and kitchen.- Assist and coordinate and manage events with events manager, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.- Maintain a culture of unity between the front and back of the house.- Supervise, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.- Assist with banquet operations, including set-up, service, and clean-up.- Provide support to bartending staff, servers and managers during peak hours or special events.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a General Manager in an upscale restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred.- Strong knowledge of fine dining, and banquet operations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.- Bartending experience, special events experience, fine dining experience a plus.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Health insurance options available.- Paid time off for vacation and personal days.- Opportunities for career growth within the company.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and have the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
