Job Description

* Assists Project Manager with project documentation from pre-bid through the warranty period.* Supports Project Manager and Superintendent in all phases of commercial construction.* Assists with pre-bid documents including posting, monitoring, and updating bid selections. Assists with preparing bid presentations for clients/owners.* Establishes and maintains all current job files for proper documentation.* Prepares owner/contractor contracts as instructed by project manager.* Secures filing of Notice of Commencement for all new construction projects.* Assists with locating, contacting and scheduling subcontractors and suppliers for services relating to current projects.* Prepares and distributes Contractor/Subcontractor contract packages as instructed by Project Manager.* Assists with document preparation/distribution as related to company Safety Program.* Creates and updates project information sheets, subcontract logs, weather delay logs and project number/status sheet.* Assists Project Manger with preparation, distribution and maintenance of all project related correspondence.* Assists with preparation of documents to be presented to client/owners with regards to project close-out.* Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.*Job Description:** Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not hold responsibility for the work of others.
